Each pack contains 50 capsules. Take 2 capsules, once in the morning. Do not consume more than 2 capsules per day. Anyone with an allergy to iodine or severe hyperthyroidism should not consume this product because it is LOADED with Iodine. The shelf life of this product is 12 months. To ensure that your product stays fresh for 6 months, keep your capsules in it's original bag and store it in dark cool place.
