How to prepare: Rinse your Irish Moss making sure to remove any dirt, debris, or other unknown agents and put in a container with enough water to cover it and soak for at least 8 hours. You can also add a squeeze of lime juice while soaking to neutralize Seamoss taste.Remove Sea Moss from water and give it a final rinse. Place your sea moss in a blender along with 2 cups of spring water and blend for 5 - 7 minutes. Continuously add more water until your gel reaches a consistency of your liking. Your seamoss is now ready to be used in your smoothies, tea, desserts, and even face masks! Consume 2 tablespoons of your sea moss gel per day. Do not consume more than 4 tablespoons per day. Store refrigerated in a clean glass jar covered with a piece of cheesecloth or other porous fabric for up to 4 weeks. Sea Moss is a living organism therefore it needs to be able to breathe.
