How to get the most from your Sea Moss

You, like thousands of others, have probably recently inquired about or ordered yourself some Sea Moss Gel from us or from somewhere else online and now you're wondering, "What exactly can I do with this sea moss?" Well this article is specifically for you. Considering most of us start our days off with breakfast, here are 2 ways you can consume your sea moss first thing in the morning.

1. Make Milk

Alkaline Milk
Homemade Walnut Milk with Sea Moss

The best part about making your own milk is, you can literally make it using whatever nuts you want (walnuts, cashews, etc). We use walnuts because they are alkaline and the flavor makes for great tasting milk. It's also easier to make milk than most people may think. After you get the hang of it, you'll never want to spend money purchasing milk ever again.

Ingredients for Walnut Milk are as followed:

1 cup soaked walnuts

1/2 tsp sea salt

1 tbsp sea moss

16 oz spring water

1/2 tsp vanilla

1/4 cup agave or coconut nectar

Blend all of your ingredients in a high speed blender (like a ninja bullet) and enjoy your milk. Before you consume your milk, you can pour your milk through a cheesecloth and strain the nut particles if you don't want that in your milk. Aside from that, ENJOY! You can make some oatmeal, eat cereal, or make a smoothie with your alkaline milk.

2. Make A Smoothie

Using that same walnut milk you've already made and have set aside, make a smoothie! Great thing about smoothies is, you can put whatever you want in your smoothie. For this specific smoothie, I used Mango, Jackfruit, Walnut Milk, Spring Water, and... Yep, You guessed it!... SEA MOSS!!! So not only does the milk contain sea moss, but so does the smoothie.

You have just consumed a double dose of Sea Moss (92 minerals) to start off your day!
